Who Tests Me?

Fully qualified hearing aid audiologists carry out all tests. All our staff receive regular training and all audiologists keep up-to-date with the latest advances in audiology and hearing technology, as well as current trends in audiology and the best ways to look after clients to help them have better hearing.

All our dispensers are fully qualified and are members of BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists). As part of membership of these bodies, our staff are subject to a system of Continuing Professional Development (CDP), meaning we are constantly up-to-date in all areas of our profession.
